What does one get after you mix fruit crush and coconut rum with sparkling white wine? A delicious tropical cocktail that tastes amazing! This may simply be my new favorite cocktail instruction however I feel I say that each time I share a brand new drink recipe.






This recipe is easy to make and only requires 4 ingredients making it the perfect cocktail recipe for all your summer parties.  Plus you make an entire pitcher instead of having to make individual drinks which is why it’s great for a crowd.

INGREDIENTS :







  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks with juice

  • 2 cups coconut rum

  • Maraschino cherries with a few ounces of juice

  • 2 (750 ml) bottles sparkling white wine







INSTRUCTIONS :






In a large pitcher, combine pineapple chunks with juice, coconut rum, and cherries.  Refrigerate for at least an hour.  Add sparkling wine and serve immediately.
