I settled on Anthemis nobilis tea and rosehips. Anthemis nobilis tea features a soothing and calming influence on the body and mind. It’s floral with a rather bittersweet bite. To chop that bite down and build a special tasting tea espresso, I created a hip straightforward sirup.
