Tequila Kiwi Cocktail Recipe

This liquor Kiwi Cocktail is that the excellent thanks to toast summer!   With tropical notes of contemporary kiwis, cool mint, liquor and carbonated water, it’s refreshing, effervescent and also the excellent adult thanks to beat the heat!!

I want the name says it all  – quite like my house name can shortly too.

Tequila + Kiwi = style Buds square measure smashed with refreshfully delicious flavor.  (Also, since this can be a muddled/muddling cocktail, technically we tend to might say ‘to muddle’ is ‘to smash’!?  I’m reaching there.  I know.

This fruity cocktail is fruity, minty contemporary, slightly sweet and super effervescent. It's not overpoweringly potent in the least, thus If you wish your drink stiff (no judgment here), merely add additional liquor. This kiwi cocktail formula is mellow, summa’-summa’ time toothsome fun in a very tall, cold class.

It is the right thanks to begin the weekend, or welcome inward guests out on your giant porch.

INGREDIENTS :

• 1 ½ oz Silver Tequila


• 1 Kiwi – peeled and sliced


• ½ oz Lemon Juice


• 1 oz Club Soda – chilled, or more to taste


• 6 Mint Leaves


• 1 TBS Granulated Sugar (can substitute Agave Nectar)

Garnish :

• Kiwi wedges


• Lemon Wedges

INSTRUCTIONS : 

1. In a mixing glass, lightly muddles the kiwi, mint and sugar with the lemon juice. Be sure to break the leaves, but not completely destroy them.


2. Transfer the muddled ingredients into a shaker and add the tequila and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.


3. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass (straining is optional). Top with club soda and garnish as desired.
